Vans: Assistant Manager - Belmont Shore

Lead and develop a store team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and reflect Vans brand values. Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility, supervise daily operations, support recruiting and training, ensure compliance, manage expenses and shrink, and maintain visual merchandising and inventory standards.
