Job Summary

Senior Product Manager on the Copilot team responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Front’s AI assistant product embedded in the inbox. You’ll define vision, rely on data and user feedback, lead end-to-end development, and partner across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive impact for a B2B product used by thousands of teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front’s Copilot product, and how it can help our inbox users with their workflows. Make high-judgment decisions on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing to maximize impact.
•Use quantitative (e.g. metrics, analytics) and qualitative (e.g. user feedback) data, market and user research, and strong product intuition to identify and prioritize opportunities to continuously improve the product.
•Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration.
•Partner deeply with engineering and design to drive outcomes, and collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional partners (including marketing, data, sales and GTM).
•Drive clarity and alignment among key stakeholders across the organization, including executives and adjacent teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 220,000 annually
