Rider Operations Coordinator

Responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing rider engagement initiatives across Kuwait, coordinating events and communications, and reporting insights to improve rider experience and grow partnerships. Collaborates with Operations and internal teams to roll out rider-focused programs, tracks performance with key metrics, and builds strong rider relationships as the voice of the rider within the business.
