Job Summary

Lead and coordinate prioritized cross-functional transformation and continuous-improvement projects for RTX’s Corporate, Enterprise Services Enterprise Business Services Transformation team. Build cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee project planning, risk/issue mitigation, scope management, and delivery across multiple initiatives. Develop requirements documentation and technical specifications for system implementations, enhancements, and regulatory/process changes while reporting status, risks, and options to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate cross-functional transformation projects and operational initiatives for PMO leadership.
•Assemble cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications across programs.
•Oversee development of requirements documentation and technical specifications for business needs, including system implementations/enhancements and regulatory/process/technology updates.
•Develop and manage project scope, quality, performance standards, and risk/issue mitigation across multiple projects through the full project lifecycle.
•Create project plans and monitor progress, adapting scope/timelines/costs as needed, then report outcomes, risks, and escalations to management channels.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years experience.
•5+ years assembling and leading cross-functional teams to drive critical outcomes and coordinate projects.
•5+ years supporting business service leaders by managing stakeholder relationships and aligning program expectations.
•Expertise in developing documentation and technical project specifications for system implementations/enhancements, regulatory changes, process/policy updates, and technology upgrades.
•Experience establishing scope management processes, setting quality/performance standards, and assessing/managing risks across multiple projects.
