Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately post customer payments to accounts and generate/balance cash receipt journals, cash sales register, and bank deposits.
  • •Process daily cash deposits, complete cash control sheets, and ensure daily transmittal sheets are sent to cash management.
  • •Ensure invoices are generated daily and process daily credit card deposits.
  • •Process credit applications, conduct credit investigations, and enter new accounts into the system with proper approvals.
  • •Research and process customer claims, collect past-due balances, manage credit holds/releases, and respond to A/R inquiries.
