Partner with the HRBP Lead to support leaders and managers across business groups by preparing them for performance management, talent reviews, and calibration sessions. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the HRBP Lead to support leaders and managers across assigned business groups.
•Prepare leaders for performance management, talent reviews, calibration sessions, and employee conversations.
•Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts including team restructures and communications.
•Drive employee engagement and listening initiatives using surveys, focus groups, skip-level meetings, and pulse surveys.
•Analyze people metrics (engagement, retention, performance, turnover, organizational health) and provide executive-ready summaries and recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–6+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or an HRBP-related role.
•Experience partnering with managers on employee relations, performance management, and employee experience initiatives.
•Strong project and program management skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
