Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to become an expert on customers’ Red Hat implementations and priorities.
  • •Perform technical reviews to proactively identify and prevent issues, and forewarn customers of technology changes or service disruptions with mitigation advice.
  • •Troubleshoot moderately complex technical issues and drive issue escalation with Red Hat and customer teams.
  • •Complete analysis and present periodic operational performance reviews to customer leadership.
  • •Manage customer use cases, create engagement plans, keep documentation updated, and support adoption of automated and containerized cloud application platform solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a technical support, DevOps, consulting, development, engineering, or quality assurance organization.
  • •Expertise with enterprise cloud solutions including Red Hat OpenShift (Platform-as-a-Service), cloud management (Advanced Customer Manager for Kubernetes), and IT automation (Ansible Automation Platform).
  • •Experience with Virtual Machine migrations.
  • •Telecommunications or Service Provider industry experience.
  • •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to customers.
