Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements with customers, subprocessors, service providers, and third parties.
  • •Develop, maintain, and scale global privacy programs, including preparing Data Protection Impact Assessments and Records of Processing.
  • •Advise product and engineering teams on privacy and data protection law impacts on product development.
  • •Monitor and respond to changes in privacy laws and regulations, including AI regulations.
  • •Support implementation of AI-specific regulation (e.g., EU AI Act and UK AI governance frameworks), including AI system classification and internal AI governance controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in privacy and data protection.
  • •Proven expertise in EU and U.S. data protection law, with familiarity across global compliance frameworks.
