Senior Manager, EOR HR

Lead and scale a global HR advisory function that supports Multiplier’s Employer of Record (EOR) business. Own accurate, compliant, practical HR guidance across employment lifecycle topics while managing a distributed team of HR advisors. Partner closely with Legal, Payroll, Compliance, Product, and customer-facing teams, act as escalation owner for complex cases, and drive scalable advisory models, quality frameworks, and leadership KPIs.
