Job Summary

Support the Hawk Lead-In Fighter program by performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance under authorized technical data and regulatory standards. Work across Mechanical, Avionics, and Armament trades—handling hydraulics and propulsion systems, diagnosing and maintaining avionics, and maintaining escape/egress and weapon systems. Report to a Team Leader and ensure compliance with airworthiness, technical publications, and certification requirements.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities in accordance with authorized technical data and regulatory standards.
•Mechanical trade: maintain hydraulic, environmental, pneumatic and propulsion systems, related components and propellers to meet airworthiness requirements.
•Avionics trade: diagnose and maintain avionics systems and electrical/integrated aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with technical publications and certification requirements.
•Armament trade: maintain emergency escape and egress systems and aircraft weapon systems, including loading and handling aircraft and stores.

Key Requirements

•Certificate IV in Aeroskills trade or equivalent (mandatory).
•Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance and comply with ITAR requirements (mandatory).
•Strong attention to detail and a compliance mindset.
•Ability to work in high-performance team environments.
