Drive organizational success by standardizing repositioning strategy, planning, and execution across Honeywell SBGs. Review current processes, create and implement standardized work to improve speed and efficiency, and update training materials to support repositioning. Partner with HR stakeholders to guide initiatives and company trajectory, steering multiple transformation initiatives including large-scale site changes, workforce planning, and M&A while maintaining a globally standardized operating approach.
