Key Responsibilities

  • •Standardize repositioning strategy, planning, and execution across Honeywell SBGs, reviewing current processes and structures.
  • •Create standardized work and implement it across SBGs to improve speed and efficiency.
  • •Update training materials and standard work to support Honeywell repositioning, including improvements to Honeywell Accelerator training.
  • •Partner with HR stakeholders to guide initiatives and company trajectory across multiple transformation efforts (site openings/closings, workforce planning, and M&A).
  • •Steer global transformational initiatives and enhance the Repo Operating System (HRP) while incorporating lessons learned and supporting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
