Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports
  • •Estimate and cost planning; produce and present the final cost plan
  • •Develop cost procedures and standards
  • •Tendering and procuring activities; manage pre-qualification, tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis and reports
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances and change control; refer major changes to line manager

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil – Mechanical Engineering or related
  • •Minimum of 8 years professional experience in Cost Management for Real Estate projects – Preferable Corporate Offices
  • •On-site experience (80% on site, 20% in office)
  • •High degree of accuracy and local market cost knowledge
  • •Fluent English & Spanish
