Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; source new customers and follow up to close sales.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while maintaining high energy on the floor.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases; meet individual and team KPIs.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient processing of purchases/returns/exchanges and online pickups.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education and experience combination considered.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and handle physical demands including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), plus climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
