Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the Rotables team and core returns process, supervising incoming/outgoing rotable and core tasks including purchasing, dispatching, receiving, adjudication, and sourcing.
  • •Create and maintain KPI’s for the Rotables/Core section, ensure weekly re-orders, and process P1 orders and other emergency repairs.
  • •Oversee quoting, failure analysis reports, stripping functions, and review approvals for quotes and FARs from end users.
  • •Monitor non-compliance forms, pending PO approvals (including escalation when bottlenecked), and keep tracking and reporting on outstanding orders and WIP with vendors.
  • •Ensure rotables inventory accuracy; manage transfers between warehouses; coordinate with inventory/warehousing on descriptions and storage to avoid damage or wear; verify invoice amounts against agreed contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade 12 Certificate.
  • •Minimum CIPs Level 3 Qualification.
  • •Minimum of Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Access.
  • •Experience with procurement and warehouse/logistics receiving practices, including ERP experience (Pronto, SAP or other).
