•Hire and develop the team, conduct reviews and training, and provide guidance for improvement with documentation as needed.
•Manage branch operations to maximize financial performance and conduct monthly P&L reviews to identify revenue opportunities.
•Monitor metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
•Effectively communicate information to the team and management.
•Establish measurable goals and clear expectations for team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 130,000 annually
