Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with accounts to coordinate vehicles for sale, ensure timely sale lineup, and maintain effective operational flow.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve client issues across accounts ranging from simple to more complex scenarios.
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes by maintaining communication with auction departments to move and organize client inventory and complete reconditioning services.
  • •Inspect vehicles in the sales lineup, complete reconditioning estimates, coordinate and approve reconditioning, and perform condition report and imaging audits.
  • •Educate clients on auction processes and recommend or upsell Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs while adhering to Cox reconditioning standards and SLA guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination including a degree/certification; alternatively 5 years of related experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving capability.
  • •Preferred experience in vehicle reconditioning or general auto body knowledge.
  • •Ability to work with minimal supervision as a self-starter and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
