Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product experience end-to-end — from early concepts and PRDs to polished, shipped features used by real customers in high-stakes, real-time scenarios.
  • •Shape how users interact with AI voice agents, turning complex, technical workflows into clear, intuitive, and human experiences.
  • •Work side-by-side with engineers and founders to define, refine, and ship features, ensuring design intent and quality are preserved all the way to production.
  • •Be the voice of the user — conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and translate real user pain points into thoughtful design solutions.
  • •Proactively raise the UX bar by identifying friction, inconsistencies, and opportunities across the product, and driving improvements from idea to launch.
