•Balance security/compliance/reliability guarantees with iterative improvements and sequence platform investments accordingly
•Anticipate enterprise customer requirements, security reviews, and compliance obligations; design ahead of the ask
•Build business cases for platform investments, making the ROI of security/compliance work clear to leadership
•Establish operating cadence and governance across two engineering tracks to ensure predictable delivery and clear ownership across teams

•Experience building business cases for security, compliance, or infrastructure investments where ROI is indirect or realized over long time horizons
