Job Summary

Build and scale the operating layer for a modern revenue organization by owning RevOps across sales, partnerships, customer success, and finance-facing GTM workflows. Design AI-enabled systems—agents, workflows, skills, and automations—to translate business problems into execution across forecasting, renewals, pipeline risk, and expansion. Partner with FP&A and accounting to connect performance to ARR, retention, cash impact, and planning, while creating lightweight decision processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own revenue operations across sales, partnerships, customer success, and finance-facing GTM workflows.
•Build systems (agents, workflows, skills, automations) that help the revenue team operate faster and make better decisions.
•Translate business problems into operational systems across forecasting, account prioritization, renewal tracking, pipeline risk, customer expansion, and sales execution.
•Partner with FP&A and accounting to connect revenue performance, bookings, ARR, retention, cash impact, and planning.
•Create lightweight processes that improve decision-making without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience building internal AI-enabled systems (agents, workflows, GPTs, skills, automations) rather than only configuring tools.
•Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR, bookings, pipeline, NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, CAC, payback, and sales efficiency.
•Experience in RevOps, strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, business operations, or another highly analytical role.
•Comfort turning ambiguous business problems into working operational systems.
•High agency, low ego, and a builder mindset.
