Job Summary

Lead a team to develop Honeywell UOP hydroprocessing and renewable technologies, drive product development, provide technical expertise, and ensure project success and safety compliance. Manage technology transfer to customers and collaborate with CSO, R&D, and Engineering to deliver safe, profitable units at the Gurgaon site, with travel to domestic and international locations.

Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support for UOP Honeywell Hydroprocessing and Renewable technologies to customers and internal teams.
•Interact with external customers (licensees, EPC contractors, vendors) and internal teams (Field/Regional Services, R&D, Engineering, Sales).
•Lead transfer of Honeywell technology to ensure UOP Honeywell‑licensed or designed units operate safely, profitably, and optimally.
•Collaborate with CSO, R&D, TSE, and Engineering to enable technology delivery and knowledge sharing.
•Prepare and update operating manuals, process technology manuals, and training materials; participate in Technical Symposia and sales meetings.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering is required.
•10+ years of experience in engineering, field services, process operations or refining industry is required.
•Experience in operation/design of UOP hydro-processing unit is essential.
•At least 6 years of UOP FOS, UOP Engineering/Technical Services or equivalent refinery process operations/technical services experience is ideal.
•Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
