Lead Teller

Serve as a trusted, in-branch problem solver for client servicing needs by troubleshooting complex issues and helping clients find financial wellness opportunities. Lead Teller coaches other tellers to deliver efficient, accurate teller services, supports scheduling and day-to-day teller line operations, and ensures compliance with audit, security, and regulatory controls. Identify sales opportunities, educate clients on banking access channels, and transition customers to a Banker for deeper conversations.
