Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage customers to meet sales and service goals through profiling, relationship building, and participating in sales campaigns.
  • •Open, close, and maintain customer accounts accurately according to bank policies and training manuals.
  • •Advise customers on Old Second products and services, including beginning to apply knowledge to IRAs and loans.
  • •Perform basic teller functions as needed (cash checks, process deposits/withdrawals, and balance the drawer) and support branch operations.
  • •Maintain operational accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations (including BSA/Fraud/CTR’s, CIP, beneficial ownership, and related documentation).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Universal Banker (Level 1): High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of related experience in banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales.
  • •Senior Universal Banker (Level 2): High school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of related experience in banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales.
  • •Universal Relationship Banker (Level 3): High school diploma (or equivalent) and three or more years of related experience including some banking and/or sales, client relationship management, consultancy experience, or cash handling.
  • •Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days (Level 1 requirement stated) and meet bank training requirements.
  • •Must work onsite to perform the responsibilities of the position.
