Job Summary

Senior GTM Data Analyst responsible for partnering with GTM leadership to shape questions, build and maintain dashboards and data models, and deliver insights that influence strategic and operational decisions. You’ll own core data pipelines, collaborate across IT, BI, Finance, and Operations, and apply AI-enabled analytics to drive faster, smarter business outcomes from NYC-based, onsite work.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a primary analytics partner to GTM leadership, helping shape business questions, define requirements, and deliver insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
•Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools that give stakeholders fast, accurate visibility into performance, trends, and opportunities.
•Own and improve core data models and pipelines, using tools such as dbt to develop well-structured, reliable, and scalable datasets that power GTM analytics.
•Partner with IT, BI, Data, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to strengthen data infrastructure, improve data quality, and align on standardized metrics, definitions, and methodologies.
•Conduct advanced analytical work, including exploratory deep dives, statistical analysis, regressions, segmentation, funnel analysis, and other methods that surface actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

•3–4+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, business intelligence, revenue operations, or a similar data-focused role.
•Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data sets, data models, dashboards, and reporting systems.
•Clear communication and business judgment to translate ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
•Curiosity and technical adaptability, including interest in learning new tools and AI-enabled workflows, with potential to expand into Python or modern analytical modeling.
•Familiarity with VSCode, GitHub, Looker, BigQuery, dbt, or similar modern data tools; ability to quickly learn new technologies.
