Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the day-to-day management of the hospitality team and assist with staff supervision to maintain service standards.
  • •Create and manage staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels, including monitoring attendance, holiday requests, and shift cover.
  • •Complete administration duties such as updating records, managing schedules, handling departmental paperwork, and supporting reporting requirements.
  • •Set up and serve at mealtimes across the restaurant and café, including serving drinks at the bar as required (18+).
  • •Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety by keeping the restaurant, café, and kitchen tidy and clean, and supporting additional areas as needed.
