Job Summary

Lead the design of high-impact web experiences and help shape a scalable web ecosystem. Evolve design foundations and contribute to a large-scale website redesign while partnering with engineering, product, marketing, and agencies. Drive development of a reusable, system-driven design language (tokens, components, CMS modules), refine site architecture and user experience frameworks, and support UX/CRO experimentation and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design of high-impact web experiences across homepage, product pages, and key user journeys.
•Evolve a scalable design system, including tokens, components, and reusable modules for a CMS system.
•Partner with engineering to ensure design systems translate into high-quality, production-ready implementations.
•Define and refine site architecture, navigation systems, and overall user experience frameworks while balancing brand storytelling with usability, accessibility, and performance.
•Support UX testing and A/B testing, collaborate with external agencies, and establish workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency across the web team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in web or digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web design and systems thinking.
•Experience building with design systems, component libraries, and scalable frameworks, including design tokens and system-driven development.
•Strong visual design foundation (typography, layout, color, hierarchy) and deep understanding of responsive design and UX principles.
•Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and understanding front-end constraints for production-ready implementations.
•Ability to work in ambiguity while communicating design decisions and influencing cross-functional stakeholders; familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and UX testing.
