Key Responsibilities

•Proactively hunt threats by monitoring Roblox and external channels to map threat actors, evasion techniques, and emerging trends targeting minors.
•Analyze text, voice, assets, in-game economies, and social mechanics to identify behavioral indicators of child safety risks and translate them into automated signals.
•Identify minor safety vulnerabilities and advise on product risk ahead of new feature launches.
•Author threat briefings and intelligence products for Safety leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Represent Roblox externally with third parties (e.g., NGOs/industry partners) and support intelligence gathering, while mentoring junior teammates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,100 - 207,480 annually

Key Requirements

•7-10 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Threat Intelligence, Digital Forensics, or Cybercrime Investigations, preferably in gaming or social/live-streaming ecosystems.
•Deep understanding of the global child safety landscape and common vectors of minor exploitation, including CSAM/CSAE, financial grooming, and account takeovers.
•A bachelor’s degree in criminology, data analytics, cybersecurity, international relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Proficiency in SQL or Python to query large datasets and identify behavioral anomalies.
•Experience with OSINT tools and methodologies, such as Maltego, social media mapping, and domain analysis.
