Develop and lead the strategy and execution of talent development initiatives for Dubai’s film and production ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the talent development strategy for Dubai’s film and production industry, aligned with DMC objectives and sector growth plans.
•Lead teams to deliver talent development initiatives, including masterclasses, bootcamps, talent residencies, and lab-style production clinics.
•Manage the Talent Development budget, generate monthly KPI reports, and track outcomes such as participant satisfaction, employment rates, and upskilling metrics.
•Design and manage academic and industry partnerships, including university/film school collaboration, internship pipelines, and graduate pathways.
•Ensure compliance with audit findings and implement digitization strategies to improve efficiency while representing Dubai in global education summits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 30,001 - 40,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Film, Education, Media, or a similar field, with training certification or education design background as a plus.
•8+ years of experience in film/media education, talent development, or industry workforce programs.
•Minimum 5 years leading and managing teams, with ability to lead multi-functional teams.
•Experience managing high-profile training collaborations with global partners and negotiating stakeholder partnerships.
•Proficient command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
