Provide accurate, timely customer service while processing daily retail banking transactions as a first point of contact. Handle cash drawer operations, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions, including ATM balancing and depository verification. Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues, and identify cross-selling opportunities by promoting bank products or referring clients. Ensure compliance with regulations, internal controls, and the code of ethics while maintaining cash control.
