Key Responsibilities

  • •Process, standardize, and upload complex financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) using standardized mapping frameworks.
  • •Analyze corporate and legal documents (articles of incorporation, capitalization tables, share purchase agreements) to extract and verify economic rights and ownership structures.
  • •Support onboarding and implementation of the Private Capital Markets platform across multiple client data streams and reporting cycles.
  • •Apply internal controls to maintain data integrity and assist in documenting operational workflows and data transformation rules.
