  • •Identify referral opportunities to contribute to branch goals.
  • •Adhere to banking laws and regulations, including BSA/AML policy and procedures.
  • •Identify risk and escalate concerns through proper channels; maintain knowledge of bank products and services.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Previous customer service experience required.
  • •Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • •Excellent customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
