Sr. Operations Manager

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant, typically through subordinate operations managers. Drive a “safety first” culture and set clear performance goals with regular feedback. Improve service, quality, productivity, and financial outcomes by reducing rework and scrap, supporting new production processes and engineering changes, and partnering across departments. Use Lean Six Sigma and analytical skills to identify gaps and implement continuous improvements while coaching managers and supervisors.
