Program Analyst, Incentive Operations (US Shift)

Own incentive program data integrity and administer global incentive operations by managing eligibility, deal tracking, attainment, and payout support. Configure incentive programs in incentive platforms, validate and reconcile data across Salesforce, operational spreadsheets, and vendor systems, and troubleshoot discrepancies. Build recurring reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support internal stakeholders and partner inquiries, while partnering with Program Managers and Partner Care teams for accurate execution of SPIFFs, rebates, and BDF programs.
