Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer, shipment, revenue, price, margin, and operational datasets to identify price dispersion, profitability gaps, leakage, and repricing opportunities.
  • •Develop repeatable views and models for yield, price realization, customer/lane economics, surcharge performance, and commercial trends; translate analysis into prioritized business actions with quantified opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain an analytical annual price management / GRI cockpit with controls to distinguish nominal actions from actual realized uplift and flag missed or under-realized increases.
  • •Create practical customer segmentation and ship-to-profile archetypes, compare actual shipment behavior to contracted profiles, quantify impact of deviations, and support repricing and account-review decisions.
  • •Develop and automate robust Excel-based MVPs and dashboards using Microsoft 365 capabilities, ensuring documentation, data-quality checks, version control, and clear communication to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • •Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience in pricing analytics, revenue management, commercial analytics, business intelligence, commercial finance, or a similar role.
  • •Analyze large transactional datasets and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
  • •Advanced-to-expert Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, dynamic arrays, structured tables, data validation, error controls, and scenario modelling.
  • •Strong Power Query capability (data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, reconciliation, and recurring reporting), with Power Pivot/Excel Data Model and basic DAX highly desirable.
