Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure daily management of materials in the raw material warehouse, including timely inward, FIFO storage compliance, and issuance.
  • •Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and issue of materials to keep inventory available as per orders.
  • •Maintain accurate records and update daily reports; complete stock transfer records and keep internal/external customers informed.
  • •Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate stock transfer deliveries by checking inventory levels and delivery requirements.
  • •Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence standards, health and safety, and maintain good housekeeping/5S while recording audit/MIS data.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in any discipline or above from a reputed college or university.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and dispatch activities.
  • •Good command of MS Office; experience of SAP or ERP.
  • •Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • •Good written and oral communication in Hindi and English; Gujarati is preferable.
