Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI Neobank app, focusing on production-ready automation rather than research. You’ll design and ship AI agents, workflows, and tools using LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails. Create AI-assisted experiences across onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and document handling, while partnering with product and engineering teams to improve reliability, cost, latency, security, and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve real customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify what is worth building and deliver it quickly in production.
•Design AI systems around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build AI-native systems in production, not just AI strategy or management experience.
•Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, and/or RAG systems, including automation workflows or copilots.
•Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
•Good judgement on what should be automated vs. what should not.
•Ability to ship working systems, test quality, and improve reliability over time.
