Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and ensure implementation of design guidelines for all development projects in coordination with the Design Director.
  • •Ensure successful implementation of design plans to achieve design goals across assigned projects.
  • •Advise leadership on suitable design consultant candidates through outreach, RFP development, contract execution, and contract administration in coordination with the Design Director.
  • •Support development project teams with design strategies and support design, development, and construction teams on schedules, budgets, and plans.
  • •Conduct periodic internal design reviews, review deliverables for compliance with quality standards, and ensure coordination across multiple consultants from pre-concept through execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
  • •Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred.
  • •Minimum 9-12 total years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to coordinate design consultant selection, including initial outreach, RFP development, contract execution, and contract administration.
  • •Experience supporting development project teams with design strategies and ensuring efficient completion of projects.
