Key Responsibilities

  • •Specialize in technical proposal and engineering support for telecom and industrial security systems, developing engineering deliverables and system architectures.
  • •Manage multiple TSI projects across different regions and produce system drawings, schematics, design documentation, bills of materials, equipment layouts, and interface diagrams.
  • •Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and customer specifications; evaluate alternative solutions and vendor offerings to recommend cost-effective approaches.
  • •Support procurement and integration of third-party systems; perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), configure/program/commission complex systems, and validate performance.
  • •Coordinate installation, startup, and handover at customer sites; provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, support audits and regulatory compliance, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial projects including PAGA, radio systems, networking, IP telephones, access controls, CCTV, radar, and passive systems.
  • •In-depth design and engineering knowledge of ACS, CCTV, and PAGA systems.
  • •2-3 years of site commissioning experience for industrial telecom and security solutions with radio system commissioning.
  • •Knowledge of control room design and ATEX systems is required.
  • •Product certificates for radio/network and CCNA are an added advantage.
