Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate design standards and principles into code-based infrastructure including token systems, component libraries, documentation, and guidelines for AI-assisted workflows.
  • •Collaborate with the product design team to shape Mixpanel’s AI-native interfaces and ensure cohesive, craft-forward experiences.
  • •Build systems that connect design to code and define what “shippable” means as AI writes more code; work in the codebase and ship PRs.
  • •Stand up prototyping and AI tooling infrastructure enabling high-fidelity prototypes with real components and interactive states without waiting on engineering.
  • •Establish and model the craft bar through the quality of shipped outcomes while evolving EPD workflows responsibly for AI-assisted development.
