Job Summary

Lead daily reconditioning and inspection-center operations by supervising hourly associates and managing the safe movement of vehicles for repairs. Drive production and quality targets across daily, weekly, and monthly goals, review incoming vehicle defects, and coordinate repair vs. rejection decisions with the Inspection Center General Manager. Coach and develop the team using quality-control standards, prevent conflicts, and ensure adherence to processes, policies, and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
•Ensure cars are moved into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
•Oversee day-to-day team activities; identify strengths/weaknesses and drive improvements.
•Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and lead repair vs. reject decisions based on cost and vehicle quality.
•Train associates using quality control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize rework and delays.

•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•18 years of age or older.
