Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide face-to-face and remote Tier 1/2 incident resolution for hardware, software, and application problems across NIPRNet, Coalition Networks, and SIPRNet.
  • •Perform onsite hands-on O&M support for client computing devices and provide end-user IT system and software maintenance for USCENTCOM COOP.
  • •Manage ADPE accountability for new equipment, replacements, and upgrades, and track equipment disposition through its lifecycle.
  • •Process end-of-life, defective, and damaged equipment through the Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO).
  • •Develop procedures for desktop load set configurations and support testing/validation, including tracking user issues and software/device conflicts.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of related experience in desktop systems or related IT support/operations.
  • •Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 certification.
  • •Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • •Hands-on support for client devices including PCs, thin/zero clients, laptops, and peripherals.
  • •Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and/or virtual environments plus the ability to establish information systems procedures.
