Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct quality control tests for finished, semi-finished, and FAR samples and monitor production follow-up.
  • •Release/reject samples in the system and manage physical quarantine/labeling (approved/rejected/in analysis) per product specifications.
  • •Record and verify test results in appropriate files, ensuring proper tracking of manufactured products.
  • •Store and identify test materials with date, lot, and description; maintain retention area and update electronic records.
  • •Serve as a lab equipment “sponsor” (consumables, checks, calibration, maintenance) and help train new lab assistants while maintaining lab organization and cleanliness.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete technical education in Plastics, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • •Active CRQ (certification).
  • •Prior laboratory experience, preferably with polymer analysis.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • •Ability to perform work according to established Quality Control methodologies and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
