•Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product initiatives and provide input on product roadmap and feature enhancements.
•Ensure partner content meets supply and quality standards and align it with partner business goals; collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize content strategies.
•Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide insights and recommendations to partners and internal teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
•At least 5 years of experience in travel industry partnerships or account management.
•Strong understanding of the travel industry and its trends.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and build relationships.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with travel industry software and tools.
