Key Requirements

  • •4+ years building with Java 8+, the Spring framework, and asynchronous message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), including experience architecting and delivering scalable microservices.
  • •Strong backend engineering skills, including designing robust systems with clean APIs/interfaces and handling internal complexity.
  • •A product mindset with passion for customer experience and regulatory compliance (KYC/FinCrime).
  • •Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with a holistic view of customer and business impact using data-driven decisions.
  • •Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including query optimization, schema design, and data lifecycle management for sensitive information.
