•Recruit, onboard, and coach team members to build a collaborative culture and a talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
•Support omni-channel and digital engagement, including virtual shopping and clienteling, and enhance experiences using social media trends.
•Oversee operational excellence including compliance, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising, store safety, and vendor relationships.
