Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end distribution center operations: inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and reverse logistics.
  • •Own peak planning and execution, including holiday surge readiness, labor forecasting, flex staffing, and contingency plans.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing leadership team in an always-on/extended-hours environment while driving safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
  • •Oversee and optimize WMS/OMS/TMS and labor management systems; lead implementation and scaling of automation and robotics.
  • •Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to improve fulfillment KPIs, run root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and manage the site budget and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •8–12+ years of operations leadership experience in e-commerce, omnichannel, or high-volume fulfillment.
  • •Proven experience managing large, multi-shift teams in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
  • •Deep understanding of e-commerce fulfillment workflows and last-mile delivery requirements.
  • •Experience leading automation, technology, and change initiatives with KPI and cost management.
