Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily facility operations in the absence of the General Manager.
  • •Lead managers, leads, and pharmacy techs in dispense and fulfillment for hazardous and non-hazardous non-sterile and sterile prescriptions.
  • •Monitor prescription turnaround time to meet internal standards and patient needs.
  • •Ensure on-site SOX compliance for inventory control and cycle count procedures.
  • •Drive accurate shipping to eliminate HIPAA violations and accuracy issues while partnering cross-functionally to improve efficiency and develop KPIs.
