Key Responsibilities

  • •Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Cyber Security Consulting team in Germany with a focus on Offensive Security, including development discussions, goals, resource planning, and budget contribution.
  • •Recruit new talent and develop individual career paths for team members.
  • •Steer competence development and promote continuous training within the team.
  • •Provide functional technical direction and further development for the assigned specialist area.
  • •Support customer projects and contribute to pre-sales activities, including documentation, presentations, and offer creation/quality assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed degree in engineering, computer science, cyber security or a comparable qualification (knowledge can also be acquired otherwise).
  • •Extensive knowledge and experience in offensive security consulting and related responsibilities.
  • •Proven leadership experience, including leading Offensive Security consultants and pentesters and working with international teams.
  • •Strong understanding of corporate/enterprise security and the ability to combine team leadership with operational project work.
  • •Very good German and English skills (spoken and written) and willingness to travel for assignments in and abroad.
