Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end administration of international insurance policies, ensuring accurate and timely issuance worldwide.
  • •Collect and prepare data and policy documentation for new business and renewals.
  • •Coordinate international insurance programs with internal and external stakeholders and provide clear instructions to network partners.
  • •Review, process, and maintain policy amendments and updates.
  • •Prepare policy-related reports and support business and system improvement initiatives, including relevant IT projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in insurance administration and property policies, with international property insurance knowledge as an advantage.
  • •Minimum MBO Level 4 diploma (or higher).
  • •Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; Dutch language skills are a plus.
  • •Service-oriented, proactive, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
