Job Summary

Support the Global Leader for Ethics, Compliance & Privacy by implementing and maintaining CAE’s global ethics and compliance programs. Partner with business unit managers and HR to deliver training, manage Code of Business Conduct activities, and coordinate certification. Help run risk-based due diligence for third parties, support internal reporting and whistleblowing, and assist with investigations and monitoring. Based in Montreal with potential travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Global Leader in developing, implementing, and reviewing CAE’s ethics and compliance programs.
•Advise and train managers and employees on compliance laws, regulations, guidelines, and key ethical concepts.
•Contribute to a risk-based due diligence program for third parties and business partners.
•Coordinate ethics and compliance training initiatives, onboarding, and certification with HR.
•Support internal reporting/whistleblowing and assist with internal investigations and monitoring processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
•Minimum 3 to 5 years of ethics and compliance experience in a corporate, international context.
•Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) with good writing skills.
•Experience designing and implementing compliance programs, including simplifying systems and controls to suit the business.
•An additional certificate in ethics and compliance is preferred.
