Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure supply continuity by following up orders, verifying delivery, approving payment, and maintaining necessary records using standard purchasing processes.
  • •Drive timely delivery/shipment of parts from suppliers to Applied factories, resolving shipment/receiving and billing issues.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers on demand/supply planning; execute pull-ins/push-outs to meet MRP demand.
  • •Negotiate and execute purchase and RFQs balancing lowest cost with quality, reliability, and urgency.
  • •Drive inventory and E&Z reduction efforts and support problem resolution for supply issues with key stakeholders.
